The team behind the proposal consisted of ERIK architects, MT Højgaard, JL Engineering and KI Consulting Engineers. The four parties complemented each other well in their competences, and the collaboration was positive and smooth throughout.
"The team has worked together before with great success. We were all disappointed when the project didn't win because it meant we couldn't continue the good process and take the vision to the end. We very much hope to be able to resume cooperation in future projects."
-Einar Ingólfsson, Director of KI Consulting Engineers
As engineers, our hearts beat to solve professional challenges on large prestige projects. Just not because of the prestige. We like prestige projects because they are often associated with a high degree of professional complexity that requires innovative solutions and challenges our professionalism, and we are proud to be part of making a visible and noticeable mark on Copenhagen.

We have been focused on working with prefabrication to reduce material waste and ensure a high quality of the building components through a simple construction principle. The entire construction was designed in timber - columns, beams and decks. This gives an advantage compared to CO2 accounting, but also ensures great flexibility in the future, with the possibility of changes as needed.
Thanks to ERIK arkitekter, MT Højgaard and JL Engineering for fantastic collaboration.
