Last week, KI and Optum CE could celebrate this year's Christmas party together, which offered everything from "pakkeleg" and Christmas drinks to live music and eggs thrown from the 3rd floor.
This year's construction competition was about wrapping an egg in unconventional materials in such a way that it could survive a fall from ceiling height. However, it turned out to be a little too easy, and the poor eggs were therefore subsequently thrown out from the 3rd floor. Not all survived…
At KI we are very keen on table football and one of the Christmas party traditions is therefore an award ceremony for various achievements such as "Player of the Year", "High Jumper of the Year" and "Skydiver of the Year". Congratulations to Morten from Optum on the player of the year award.
This year we got a little help from AI for the graphics - can you tell?
One of the highlights of the party was when KI sang a tribute to OPTUM CS with the song "Optum Girl" (to the tune of "Uptown Girl" by Billy Joel). There were lyrics about concrete, calculations and FEM and the song was of course distributed in a beautiful song hider.
The party continued with delicious food and a good atmosphere at the Københavner Café, where both KI's Simon and Optum's Andrej shone with their talents for playing the piano - to the delight of both us and the rest of the guests in the restaurant.
Thank you for another great Christmas party - both to participants and organizers!
