We are pleased to welcome Aksel Zayas Teglgaard as our new student assistant/junior engineer. Aksel is studying Architectural Engineering at DTU – Technical University of Denmark and will start his bachelor’s project this spring.
He has a strong interest in load-bearing structures and already has experience with both steel and concrete calculations as well as finite element optimization, which is also a method we make frequent use of at KI.
Aksel heard about KI when he visited us at DTU’s career bazaar in the autumn. The first assignments have already offered new learning opportunities – including in documentation, which often receives less attention during the studies, but is an essential part of everyday life as an engineer. In addition, he is gaining experience with Robot, a program we at KI have great expertise in and holds courses in several times a year.
At KI, we believe that you develop best when you are given responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of your work – but never stand alone. Aksel has already settled in well, and we look forward to following his professional development in the coming years.
Welcome to the team, Aksel!
